I was interviewed for a French publication looking at the concepts of career showers. For non-French speakers and those aware of the limitations of Google translate, the gist of my comments was that we should be better at celebrating career milestones, in the same way we celebrate pregnancies. I was keen to obtain and interrogate otherwise uncollected data to better understand the background of our students. This piece very much ties in to wider work to improve access to and diversity within the CIAG sector.
